No one has good credit anymore
I went to a business meeting earlier this week. The guest speaker was a realtor who was talking about the current housing market. He was talking about how this was a good time to buy, or a good time to rent out an existing property. This is not a good time to sell! He said that the way things are right now, houses could be on the market for up to twenty years before they sell! I don’t know, maybe I should put my house on the market now! I might want to actually sell it in twenty years!
He was talking about how almost no one has good credit anymore. That got me to thinking about one of my aunts who has been talking about getting more information about credit repair. She told me that she has been getting a lot of telephone calls from a credit repair service. Seems that for some reason they’ve been calling her every day, telling her that they can help to fix credit scores and they’ve been trying to get her to sign up for their service. She’s decided to get a copy of her free credit report before doing anything else.
