Tech support is a constant test of one’s patience. How long can you talk on the phone with an idiot before cursing? How many ways can you re-state the same thing but in a different way so that you do not repeat yourself? How long can you talk with an idiot before pounding your head on the desk?

Cell Phone Slackers

Move the time up an hour on all your clocks and watches, it’s Daylight Savings Time again! If you have been an hour early or an hour late today – that’s why!

For some reason my cell phone did not adjust to the new time this morning. So if I needed an excuse that would be a good one.

You would think that with all the technology and the big bucks that I spend every month to carry this cell phone around, that someone at cell phone HQ would think to change the time. Duh!
